Return and Exchange Policy
PILLO1’s mission is to improve the quality of peoples lives through better sleep. We are dedicated to provide a pillow with comfort, support and a design that facilitates the body’s healing and wellness. If for whatever reason, you have chosen the wrong size or have received PILLO1 as a gift and are unhappy with the fit, we will happily exchange it for you. Please phone our office on 805.371.8883 so we can discuss the return of your PILLO1 and the exchange for the preferred size (each PILLO1 comes in three sizes). Please keep in mind that we will only be able to offer one exchange per customer and need to receive the item to be exchanged before shipping the revised size. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, once the size is exchanged, the pillow cannot be returned.
